The gainers list was led by Singer Finance and Colonial Mtr

The bourse gave mixed reactions with marginal movement in the indices. A heavy gain in Colonial Motors was observed with heavy activity levels in the share contributing the highest turnover for the day.
All Share Price Index gained by 0.2% to close at 6852.96 while the liquid Milanka Price Index declined by 0.05% to end the day at 6222.08.
Volumes decreased by 1.6% to 63m, whilst turnover increased by 22.1% to Rs.2.0Bn.
The gainers list was led by Singer Finance and Colonial Mtr while Miramar and Kelani Valley led the Losers.
Colonial Mtr topped the turnover list with Rs.324m to the day’s turnover whilst Singer Finance dominated the volume list with 7m shares.
A total of Rs.12m net FII outflow was witnessed for the day.
