Markets rallied 6.1% on a week on week basis.
Markets posted strong gains during the week as the All share Index rallied 6.1% on a week on week basis. Buying interest was seen across the board on the back of good volumes. The All share Index gained 316 points over the week to close at 5496.85.

India’ Krrish group, which has interests in alcohol and real estate is in a deal with Sri Lanka to build a USD 460mon tower with land leased from the state.

Cement shortage
According to sources at the Consumer Affairs Authority (CAA), large-scale importers of cement have requested for price increases. The percentage increase demanded how-ever is not confirmed.
